At The Keet, we strive to provide the best social media marketing (SMM) services to our clients. We understand that there might be instances where you are not satisfied with the services provided. Below is our comprehensive refund policy to address such situations.


2. Conditions for Refunds


2.1 Service Non-Delivery: If your order has not started within five  days of the specified start date, you are eligible for a full refund. This refund will be credited to your The Keet account wallet.


2.2 Order Marked as Completed Without Delivery: If an order is marked as completed without being properly fulfilled, our support team will work to complete the order. If the issue persists, a refund will be provided to your The Keet account wallet.


2.3 Incorrect or Private Links: Orders placed with incorrect or private links are not eligible for refunds. Please ensure all details are correct before placing an order.


2.4 Service Drops: We do not guarantee refill services if they drop after the service period. Refunds for such issues are not applicable unless explicitly stated during the service period.


2.5 Fraudulent Activity: Any orders placed using unauthorized or stolen payment methods will lead to account termination, and no refunds will be provided.


3. Refund Process

3.2 Processing Time: Refund requests are processed within 6-24 hours. However, the time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


3.3 Chargebacks and Disputes: By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason. If you do file a dispute, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and services.


4. Exceptions to Refunds


4.1 Non-Refundable Services: Some services are non-refundable, as specified during the purchase process. Please review the service details carefully before making a purchase.


4.2 Multiple Server Usage: Using multiple servers simultaneously for the same social media account can lead to discrepancies in service delivery. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.


4.3 Non-Deliverable Orders: Orders that are not deliverable due to issues on the client’s end will be refunded as credit to your The Keet account wallet, not directly to your payment method.
